The C-type fixture provides a fast and reliable connection with fixed-thickness microfluidic chips. The C-type fixture is used with a range of fixed-thickness chips. Customers can order or customize the chip using a C-type fixture, to complete a series of micro-flow control unit operations, including droplet formation, multi-layer droplet formation, solution mixing, and so on.

Points to note

1) one single holder can only be used for chips in fixed thickness;

 

  • before the experiment, test whether the fixture leakage, if leakage, adjust the washer, tighten the peek joint until no leakage.

Assembly steps

1) insert the chip into the C-type fixture, place the washer at the interface, and align the washer with the hole punched by the chip;

2) screw the peek connector into the interface, insert the tube into the peek connector, and assemble the clamp.
